Orders will be shipped via NZ post. 

Orders within New Zealand should take 1-2 days t and then 2-3 business days to arrive to you after processing and dispatching. Please allow between 3-5 days for rural orders to arrive.

Orders to Australia should take 3-10 business days to arrive once shipped.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Although, each order is packaged with aroha and manaaki (Love and care). We understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit.

For lost orders, please contact the delivery service used to deliver your order for assistance filing claims or locating packages.

After 5 business days i you have not received tracking info and there is no sign of your package or it has arrived damaged, please email us at info@huiahairco.com for further assistance.
